The branded workshop programme improves the customer experience through layout, branding, informative displays and training support for staff. It has created a consistent and professional expression of the Shell brand at independently owned workshops in competitive lubricants markets.

INNOVATION

The designed elements – exterior signage, display System, interior finishes – form an innovative, easy-to- install system which is scalable to fit the requirements of various sized workshops (from 50sqm – 200sqm). This modular approach has created brand alignment, established standards and delivered consistent standout for the Shell lubricants in third-party environments. Material specification and design ensure a cost effective solution which has a long-term lifespan, coupled with the flexibility to incorporate new campaign messaging and communications when required.
